Do you ship overseas?
No. Shipping is currently available only within Australia.

How long will shipping take?
All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please note, if you are located in a non-metro area, Post will require up to 7 business days.

My tracking says my item has been delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
In most cases, the parcel has been delivered and signed for by another person. Please check your reception, concierge, office and neighbours prior to contacting our Customer Care team for further assistance.

Do you offer Lay-by or AfterPay?
At this stage we do not offer an online lay-by or AfterPay.
