All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via Australia post, We advise that you provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to sign for your parcel.
There is a shipping charge of $10 for all Australian orders under 5kg, $20 for over 5kg.
We also offer free delivery for orders in the Mawson Lakes area.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
We kindly ask our customers to provide correct information as Luvely cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
Australia Post provide trusted services and, as such, Luvely will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
Please note, returns are at the expense of the customer and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered back to our store.
We hope you are pleased with your Luvely order, however if for any reason you are not satisfied or would like an exchange, we will happily provide a refund (excluding original shipping charges), provided the item adheres to our return policy. Please note, unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorisation Number. All returned goods must have an RA included to be processed.
Goods must be returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Goods must be returned un-worn, and original saleable condition, with tags attached.
Goods must be returned with original brand packaging.
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the card used for the original order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Luvely monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, returns and/or close accounts based on order or returns behaviour.
