Australian Orders
All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days and shipped via Australia post, We advise that you provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to sign for your parcel.
There is a shipping charge of $10 for all Australian orders under 5kg, $20 for over 5kg.
We also offer free delivery for orders in the Mawson Lakes area.
Our Free postage code is offered to an Australian address only.
All Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
We kindly ask our customers to provide correct information as Luvely cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
Australia Post provide trusted services and as such, Luvely will not refund or replace orders that have not been scanned as delivered.
Please note, returns are at the expense of the customer and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered back to our return address.
Returns
We hope you are pleased with your Luvely order, however if you are not satisfied and would like an exchange we will happily provide that for you. However If you do not see anything to exchange for we will provide a credit gift card which is valid for up to 3 years for the full amount of the item. (excluding original shipping charges).
We do not accept returns on sale items
Before posting back any item/s purchased from our online store, please ensure the return meets the following conditions:
Goods must be returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Goods must be returned un-worn, clean, and in original saleable condition, with tags attached.
Goods must be returned with original brand packaging.
Goods must not be listed as sale items.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at ella.luvely@gmail.com to request a Return Authorisation Number. All returned goods must have an RA included to be processed.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Please note our return address will be given with RN.
DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO OUR SHOP ADDRESS AS WE ARE NOT ALWAYS HERE TO RECEIVE AND ITEMS MAY BE LOST.
Refunds
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the card used for the original order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Refunds will only be given for faulty items as according to ACCC Law.
Luvely monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, returns and/or close accounts based on order or returns behaviour.
